What went well was how much I enjoyed making my project and how much fun it was to take pictures of rabbits. I could have tried a little harder and done a better project that is better for the SDHRS. I also could have worked on the project a little longer. What stands out to me is how easy the project was to make and how simple it was.
Some advice I have is to find something you are passionate about and don't wait till the last week to find an internship. Some skills are be professional and always feel free to ask anyone at your internship for help if you need it and always find a way to stay motivated so you can enjoy what you are doing.
I don't know where exactly I where I want to go but I might want to go into a career with animals but I haven't thought much about much ahead of that.
I am thankful for all the help and advice that some of the volunteers and employees gave me. I also appreciate how nice and accepting they were to me. I appreciate how dedicated everyone at the SDHRS is in their work and how much they care about rabbits.
When I work with the other employees I see they are passionate about the work, and I want to be passionate about the work I do too because it would make it more enjoyable to be there. I feel like working with animals makes me want a career with them.

I am going to use google slides and have note cards for my presentation. I learned how to appreciate my work and care about being professional. I did my work and when someone asked me to do something or help them I would. My day to day responsibilities are on my iPOL. Communication is a big part of internship for me because I have to communicate when I need help or I am working with someone. I feel the communication and collaboration made me understand professional working environment because you have someone who can help you whenever you need it.
My project is me just taking picture of rabbits and doing a slideshow or something. I didn't have a project so I asked my mentor and she said I could do something with social media or something like that so I just decided my idea and started taking some pictures of rabbits. I just take pictures than put them in a slideshow app or something or I might make a collage.
During the work week, we clean pens, change litter boxes, restock shelves in the store, sweep, and small tasks around the office. We work together on tasks all around the rabbit care room and the store. At school we do work we learn about in class and don't work together on most things. My internship makes me work hard and care about why I'm doing it so I can put that into my school work. The work I do is meaningful to the rabbits and the people that adopt from us.
